| Hello, I was googling my son's name, Seth Grimm, when I came upon your site. I am a teacher in rural Maryland and today we had a workshop on the dangers of "My Space" and "Facebook". The told us to look up our child's name and see what hits we got. I was interested to see your dilema with the birth of your son. We also had a difficult time with our Seth. He was born with a congenital heart defect called Tetrology of Fallot. He had open heart surgery at 11 months. My nephew had what your Seth had, Pyloric Stenosis. It was very scary for my sister. It's so difficult seeing your child in situations like this, helpless and sick. I suppose I just wanted you to know that I can sympathize with you and your Seth. Mine is 13 years old now and doing great. My husband at the age of 42 has recently been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I'm not trying to "one up" you but what I'm trying to say is that I know how thankful you must be to have your son's health. Cherish it. Cherish every moment. Sypathetic mother, Gayle Grimm |

I work at WheatonFranciscan Healthcare - St Joesph - NICU. I told them I would try to answer any questions they had. I looked today and saw you had gone home, hurray for you. It is exciting to finally be at home and get into a routine. Although I am sure you will still have doctor appointment and follow up exams to be done in preparation for Seth's TGV repair this fall, or whenever he needs it. | Your son is adorable. With the technology that the medical profession has available, I know he will do well. My daughter was born 6-7 weeks premature and that was 23 yrs. ago.
